Background & Objective

PLN required a tailored internal system to manage end-to-end installation workflows — from order creation, validation, material management, vendor coordination, to reporting. The objective: digitize processes, reduce manual errors, and improve operational speed across multiple internal units.

What We Did?

Developed a custom enterprise web application with multi-role access (ULP, SAR, REN, Vendor).

Built a complete workflow automation system: order → review → validation → progress → completion.

Implemented interactive dashboards for order status, delays, and overall performance.

Added Excel/PDF import & export capabilities to streamline data operations.

Designed a clean, responsive UI/UX for both desktop and mobile use.

Integrated automated notifications (via Telegram) for real-time status updates.
