PLN needed to modernize how installation orders moved through its organization, from creation and validation to material management, vendor coordination, and final reporting, a process that spanned multiple internal units and was prone to manual error and delay.

Before designing anything, we mapped how the workflow actually moved between units in practice, not how it was documented on paper, to understand where handoffs were breaking down and who needed visibility at each stage. That diagnosis shaped the system's structure: role-based access for each unit involved (ULP, SAR, REN, and vendors), automated validation built into the handoff points that were previously manual, and dashboards designed around the questions each unit actually needed answered, not a generic reporting layer.
