PT Harapan Mitra Bersama (Hama Logistic): Giving a Digitally Invisible Industry Its First Real Brand Presence

Branding Content Social Media

The Challenge

Hama Logistic operates barges (tongkang) in maritime logistics, an industry where almost no competitor maintains a real digital presence. Before this engagement, reputation in this space was built entirely offline, one relationship at a time, with no brand actively building trust online.

Our Approach

We treated this as a positioning problem before a content problem: how does an operations-heavy, low-visibility business become a brand people recognize and trust online, in a category where digital presence is not the norm and could actually be a differentiator if done credibly.

We defined content pillars around fleet capability, operational reliability, and industry credibility, then visited the client's operations directly to shoot authentic footage of their fleet and activity, since generic stock imagery would have undermined the exact credibility we were trying to build.

The Outcome

From Invisible to Present A shift from no structured digital presence to a consistent, credible brand identity, grounded in real operational footage.
A Modern Face, Old Industry Positioning Hama Logistic as a professional player in a category still dominated by informal, offline reputation.
Authentic, Not Generic Every asset shot on-site, giving the brand credibility that generic imagery could never provide.
Hama Logistic went from having no structured digital presence to a consistent, credible brand identity, grounded in real operational footage, positioning it as a modern, professional player in a category still dominated by informal, offline reputation.

From invisible to present starts with the right strategy. Let's talk about yours.
